Sara’s Services
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy also known as CBT is a psychotherapy that helps individuals become aware of inaccurate or unrealistic thinking to support an individual in approaching life's situations more effectively.
CBT also supports the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings and the behaviors that follow. With CBT, individuals have the ability to create awareness of how their perceptions directly influence their response to specific situations.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or ACT is an action-oriented psychotherapy that helps individuals behave in ways consistently by identifying their personal values and developing psychological flexibility.
Individuals have the ability to create stability and address challenges by making space for values-based actions to support a healthier mindset and well-being.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy also known as DBT is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy that emphasises the importance of collaborative relationships, support of the client, and the development of skills for increased emotional situations.
DBT is used for individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts and difficulties with emotional regulation.
